Every project is customized according to the client's requirements, available space, budget, and design preferences.
3. Consultation & Project Process
Our standard project workflow includes:
- Initial consultation and requirement gathering
- Site visit and measurements

- Design proposal and quotation

- Project agreement
- Execution and supervision
- Final inspection and handover
Project timelines vary depending on project size, complexity, client approvals, and material availability.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate property details and measurements.
- Ensure site access during working hours.
- Obtain any required government or society approvals.
- Approve drawings, layouts, materials, and quotations before execution.
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
- Communicate changes promptly.
Delays caused by pending approvals or client decisions may affect the delivery schedule.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
Unless otherwise mentioned in the project agreement, our standard payment schedule is:
- 10% Advance Booking Amount
- 40% After Final Design Approval
- 40% During Project Execution
- 10% Before Final Handover
Additional work requested after project approval will be treated as a variation order and may incur additional charges.
Payments made are subject to applicable GST and government taxes.
6. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property
All concepts, drawings, layouts, 3D renders, visualizations, presentations, and design documents created by Hanaeni Space remain the intellectual property of the company.
Clients receive permission to use the designs solely for the contracted project.
No design, drawing, or visual content may be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or reused without prior written consent from Hanaeni Space.
7. Project Changes
Clients may request modifications during the design process.
However:
- Minor design revisions may be accommodated.
- Major changes after approval may involve additional charges.
- Material changes after procurement will incur extra costs.
- Timeline extensions may be required for significant modifications.
All revisions must be approved in writing.
8. Materials & Product Availability
Certain materials, finishes, furniture, hardware, lighting fixtures, or décor products may become unavailable due to manufacturer discontinuation, supply chain disruptions, or market shortages.
In such cases, Hanaeni Space reserves the right to recommend equivalent alternatives after discussing them with the client.
9. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are based on normal working conditions.
Completion may be delayed due to:
- Client-requested revisions
- Delayed approvals
- Material shortages
- Vendor delays
- Site readiness
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
We will make every reasonable effort to complete projects within the estimated schedule.
10. Warranty
Hanaeni Space provides a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty covering workmanship defects under normal residential usage.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Water leakage
- Moisture damage
- Structural movement
- Electrical fluctuations
- Misuse or negligence
- Third-party modifications
- Damage caused by pests or natural disasters
Manufacturer warranties on appliances, fittings, laminates, hardware, lighting, and accessories shall remain applicable as provided by their respective manufacturers.
11. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Before Design Work Begins: Eligible for partial refund after deducting administrative expenses.
- After Design Approval: Design fees become non-refundable.
- After Material Procurement: Refund after deducting purchased materials, labor costs, and applicable expenses.
- Custom-made furniture and manufactured products are non-refundable.
12. Limitation of Liability
Hanaeni Space shall not be held responsible for:
- Existing structural defects
- Building construction issues
- Delays caused by third-party vendors
- Government permissions
- Society restrictions
- Utility failures
- Natural calamities
- Client-provided materials
- Force majeure events
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the contracted project.
13. Website Usage
Users agree not to:
- Copy website content without permission.
- Misuse contact forms.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our website.
- Upload malicious software.
- Violate applicable Indian laws while using our website.
Website content is provided for informational purposes only.
14. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Force Majeure

If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
17. Changes to These Terms
Hanaeni Space reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
